We got three quotes, then we proceeded to check on licenses insurances, and references, to our surprise one of the companies carried a faked license. We settled on All Pro Deck. We recently wanted to refinish our three decks, we started by looking around for a good contractors out there. We received three different bids, and proceeded to check out license, insurance, and references, then we decided to go with all pro deck. My husband and I couldn't do the deck restoration by ourselves as the surface was extensive and the decks needed more work this time. We also didn't want to use power washing because a few of our friends advised us that it could damage the wood if not done carefully. All Pro sanded our decks then applied stain sealer. The decks definitely look amazing and better after being refinished. I really liked these guys service. overall the work was great and I absolutely had no problem. They mentioned my deck was going to be thoroughly sanded, then sealed, and it was.
